Can you renovate my apartment while I’m abroad?
Yes. We communicate in English by phone, WhatsApp and email, and I send photo updates as the work progresses.
When should I book to be ready for the summer season?
Ideally in autumn or winter. I schedule rental apartments outside the season so everything is ready before the first guests.
How much does it cost?
A refresh starts from €70/m², new-build finishing from €260/m² and a full renovation from €320/m², all including standard-class materials. Bathrooms start from €3,500 with materials and custom kitchens from €1,900. Payment is 30% on signing, 40% at the halfway point and 30% on handover.
