New apartments in Burgas are usually handed over plastered or screeded, with electrical and plumbing points in place. Getting from there to a home you can live in takes dozens of decisions and several different trades.
I take care of the whole route: I plan the sequence, do the work myself or with trusted specialists for certain parts, and keep you updated with photos. I work in new complexes across Burgas – Meden Rudnik, Sarafovo, Izgrev and more – as well as Pomorie, Nessebar and Sozopol.

How much does new-build finishing cost?
The New-build finishing package starts from €260/m² including standard-class materials – from €13,000 for 50 m². You get an exact price after a visit. Payment is 30% on signing, 40% at the halfway point and 30% on handover.
What isn’t included in the price?
Kitchens, wardrobes, appliances, air conditioning and windows are quoted separately. Premium tiles, flooring or fittings are charged at the difference.
What condition does the apartment need to be in?
The package is for apartments handed over plastered or screeded, with electrical and plumbing points in place. If yours is different, we agree the scope during the visit.
Can you make the kitchen and wardrobes too?
Yes. I make custom kitchens, wardrobes and furniture in chipboard and MDF in my own workshop and fit them as part of the finishing.
Do you work with buyers who live abroad?
Yes. We communicate in English by phone, WhatsApp and email, and I send you photo updates as the work progresses.
